KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Barista Operations & Craft

• Prepare and present espresso-based beverages, brewed coffee, and specialty drinks with consistency and excellence

• Uphold quality standards for all beverage preparation across the full menu

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards are maintained throughout the café and service areas at all times

• Operate and perform routine maintenance on all coffee and café equipment

2. Provide outstanding, name-remembering hospitality to every guest who walks through the door

• Create an environment where all people — regardless of background — feel genuinely welcomed and seen

• Engage meaningfully with community members, regular guests, and neighbors

• Represent the mission and heart of Civil Righteousness in every public-facing interaction
